I was the only person there? I give my card and she ask for I.D. When they open she tells me I have to go back around to get on line. I was told by this person they open at 11:00 so i waited. After trying 3 kiosk to access my rewards neither worked. To keep it short the person at the customer service desk by the name of Jodi was rude and arrogant.
